Electrical Solutions Lead
Help Nordic engineering teams solve complex electrical design challenges

As our business continues to grow, we are strengthening our expertise around the Siemens Digital Industries Software electrical design portfolio — and we are now looking for an Electrical Solutions Lead to join our team.
This is a role for someone who enjoys solving real customer challenges, understands the logic and complexity of electrical design, and wants to help engineering teams work smarter across disciplines.
As an Electrical Solutions Lead, you will work directly with our customers’ engineering and R&D teams to understand their electrical design challenges and translate them into practical, value-creating solutions.
You will focus especially on wiring harness design, electrical systems, and the integration of electrical design into the broader product development process. In practice, this means helping customers improve their ways of working, connect electrical design with mechanical and software engineering, and support a more seamless digital thread across the product lifecycle.
About the role
You will work with the Siemens Capital product suite for electrical and harness design, as well as various EDA solutions when integrating electrical design data with Teamcenter and other digital product development environments.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our digital thread experts, solution architects, and customer-facing teams across the Nordics.

What you will do
In this role, you will:
• Work closely with customers to understand their wiring harness and electrical design challenges
• Support engineering and R&D teams in evaluating and improving their current ways of working
• Translate complex technical needs into practical, scalable solution concepts
• Help customers connect electrical design with mechanical, software, product data, and lifecycle processes
• Work with Siemens Capital and related EDA tools in customer solution environments
• Collaborate with MAIT Nordics experts across design, engineering, PLM, simulation, and manufacturing
• Act as a trusted advisor in customer discussions, workshops, and solution development
What we are looking for
You are most likely someone who combines technical understanding with curiosity, communication skills, and a strong drive to solve customer problems.
We believe you may have:
• An engineering degree, preferably in electrical engineering or another relevant field
• Hands-on experience with wiring harnesses and/or electrical systems design
• Understanding of how electrical design connects to broader product definition processes
• Experience working with or alongside mechanical and software engineering teams
• Strong communication and people skills in a client-facing environment
• Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language
• Residency in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark or Estonia
• A practical, solution-oriented mindset and genuine interest in solving real-world engineering challenges
Experience in design, product lifecycle management, manufacturing, or digital product development environments is considered an advantage.
